Background
Pulteneytown People's Project (PPP) was started by the community to provide services and improve facilities in the area.
They provide the structure and expertise to help groups apply for national funding opportunities and to date PPP has turned over almost £3 million.
Having outgrown their existing office Pulteneytown People’s Project recently moved into brand new premises.
With the expansion of their offices there was an opportunity and a requirement to upgrade their communications systems.
Summary
After an initial appraisal, we supplied Pulteneytown People’s Project with a brand new phone system, allowing full call management internally and externally, and room for future expansion.
With only a minimal broadband service in existence, 1Mbps maximum upload and 4Mbps maximum download speeds, we installed our Bonded Broadband service to give them a supercharged 4Mbps upload and 23Mbps download speeds.
With these upgrades in place Pulteneytown People’s Project can continue to provide a vital service for the whole area, with added provision for future expansion.
