New Telephone system for up to 200 users at Optimus (Aberdeen) Ltd

Background

Optimus is an independent engineering consultancy and project delivery company serving the upstream and downstream energy business.

Optimus' 71 employees were spread between two offices, but the company is now based in one larger office in Aberdeen. The new site is capable of being expanded to accommodate a team of 150, and with rapidly increasing turnover this is a strong possibility in the near future.

Summary

NetDatatel installed a new ISDN telephone system after removing the old one. This ISDN system allows Optimus to expand their system up to 200 users. This provides Optimus with more than enough capacity to service their current office, and allows the company to keep on expanding whilst maintaining internal and external communications at the highest level.
