With the best Scottish seafood and an enviable reputation for supplying to Michelin star restaurants, Moray seafoods wanted to take their brand and expand using the internet.
They had an existing website which wasn't fulfilling the comittment they had made to online commerce, and the goals they wished to achieve.
We took a long hard look at not just the Moray Seafoods website, but their overall brand and their marketplace. Measuring them against the market leaders and other well performing competitors,we examined the differences between the two, and set about re-creating the website, retaining all of its good points and using best practice techniques to fill in the gaps.
We also analysed their online marketing strategy and factored in social media, newsletters, seafood recipes, a blog, and adapted their existing adwords strategy to reflect changing search trends.
Over the course of the first month after re-launch their site doubled its turnover, and has continued to make large improvements week on week.
Of course this is only the beginning, assessment continues and improvements are constantly being made to the website and the marketing strategy.
